Club Days

Sadly dementia also affects people under the age of 65. Here at Reflections we believe that life doesn't need to stop. For our younger guests we provide a range of activities centred around what you like to do. As well as providing lots of activities at our centres we also get out and about. We make use of what is on offer in our local communities and bring the community to us.

We have lots of outdoor space for keen gardeners. We know men like their sheds and women like their pampering and a spot of shopping !!!

Club days are great therapy and full of fun and laughter.
