Angela Downing, our founder and CEO

Angela is the Captain of the ship! Angela became a Registered Nurse in 1987. Angela founded one of the first domiciliary care companies 25 years ago which is still in operation. Angela adores horses and spending time with her granddaughter and family.

Debbie Hannon

Debbie is the bubbly Manager of our main Reflections centre in Tuckingmill! A hard-working woman, Debbie has three grown up children, a granddaughter and even three dogs! Despite being as busy as a bee, Debbie loves to do DIY projects in her free time outside of the workplace.

Steph James

Steph is one of our seniors and also one of our brightest young ladies here at Reflections. With lots and lots of previous experience in the field of care, she has a lot to bring to the table! Outside of work, Steph is a busy mum of two beautiful little girls and loves baking with them on the weekends in her free time.

Sarah Caplin

Sarah's laugh and smile alone are contagious! A brilliant listener, Sarah's compassion for people makes her shine amongst the crowd. A busy mum to two boys, Sarah enjoys using her free time to go on woodland and coastal walks.

Julie Westley

Julie is, above all, an extremely hard-worker and a wonderful person. A mum to one boy and a passionate member of our team, she loves walking her greyhound in her free time and has a talent for creating things from scratch out of resin!

Debbie Carlton

Debbie is our Assistant Manager at Reflections, with an awful lot of experience in the care sector. Debbie spends her free time in her peaceful and quiet home-life, with the exception of the family gatherings of her three grown-up children and three grandchildren! Debbie comes to work ensuring that duty, but also sense of humour remains at the forefront at all times!

Alex Thomas

Alex is the baby of the team: A young man bringing a lot of charisma to our centre. He and his lovely partner live together with their dog and they frequently take him out on walks around Cornwall! Alex is also a dance instructor outside of work, keeping himself as busy as ever! 

Josh Hannon

Josh is one of our seniors at Reflections and there isn't anything Josh can't turn his hand to. From thought-provoking CST sessions to themed party afternoons! Josh is undertaking a new project over at our centre in Threemilestone, so watch this space! Josh is a busy father and in his free time, a gym-rat!
